PERFORMER SHARE SYSTEM
RANGES AND PERCENTAGES
We give our performers and phone sex operators the chance to earn up to 80% with a new, favorable payout system and get +20% extra lifetime commission after referred members.
Payout system effective from 16 Aug, 2016:

- *the maximum commission you can get for a referred member is 80%
- Private shows and voyeur are meant for webcam shows only.
- Private shows initiated from Members only mode and Free chat area will be calculated with the same percentage
- By default, every performer starts with 40% in each earning period(private shows, voyeur, tip, content sales, phone calls). If your earnings reaches $100 in a period, your commission will be 50% between $101 and $3500 income. Once your earnings reaches $3500, your share jumps to 60% while after $5000 income your share jumps to 70%. After referred members you get +20% lifetime share, but the maximum commission you can get for a referred member is 80%. Read more about the member referral system under the Referred members section
- Contest prizes, awards prizes are paid in full (100%) but they will not effect your % level.
- Photo votes during special photo vote events are credited to your account by fix 50% share regardless to the % level you are in or if it the photo vote was cast by a referred member or a normal member.
- The share (%) system is valid for a Performer account (if for example there are more performers under a studio account then the share system is not based on the earnings of the whole studio (total earnings of studio models) but valid for a single performer).

MEMBER REFERRAL SYSTEM
- Starting from 1 April, 2015 you get +20 % lifetime share after each new member you refer to NeedLive.com. This is a constant offer so feel free to invite new members whenever you wish and enjoy earning more money with them via private shows, voyeur, tip, phone calls or contest sales.
- We created a menu in your performer account with name 'Referred members' where you can see a list of those users who used your own referral link to sign up or added your performer username to the 'Referred by' section during the member account signup procedure.
Rules
- The new member has to sign up using your own referral link. Find your own referral URL in your performer account on the very first page. Alternatively you can ask the member to fill in the 'Referred by' field with your performer username during the member signup.
- The member has to be new on the site (the member did not make any transactions before on any accounts)
- Photo votes are still credited to your account with fix 50% share regardless to your current % level or if it was a referred member voting
How to invite members?
- If you have a personal website or blog, place your own referral link there. Find your own referral link in your performer account on the very first page.
- Use social media like Twitter for attracting visitors to your room. Ask them to sign up using your own referral link

Who can invite who?
Either you are part of a studio or you are a solo performer on the site you can refer models or PSOs. No matter if you are a model broadcasting with cam or you are a PSO or you just sell your contents. The only requirement is to have a performer account on NeedLive with active status (in case you asked your account to be closed then you can ask us to reopen it by replying to this email). Note that the performer you refer has to create a solo performer account on NeedLive and you are eligible for the lifetime share if the model is new on the site and did not have any other accounts before. Please mind that the offer is not valid for referring studios.
Rules
- You have to use your own referral link for inviting performers or PSOs to the site. Find the link in your performer account on the very first page or in the ’Referred performers’ menu.
- You will get 10% of the referred model’s income from private shows (standard and 1on1 privates), phone calls, tips, voyeur, photo vote and content sales (videos, image albums, audio files)
- The 10% portion from the referred performers' earnings will be credited to your statistics when the referred model has a payout due meaning that she earned over the minimum payout limit ($100).
- The one-time special referral bonus of $50 will be added to your statistics once the referred performer or PSO gets her first payout from us.
- It might happen that you would like to refer a model who already had an account with us. We will investigate every such cases and of course in case the model does not work on our site any more but become active again due to your efforts then we will make an exception. In this case the model has to signup again using your own referral link.
Where do I see if someone signed up using my referral link?
We created a menu in your performer account for that. Look for ’Referred performers’ at the bottom of the horizontal menu. In this page you will see the models signed up by your referral link, you can see the date they signed up and the status of the referral bonus as well as if you are eligible for the bonus. 'Pending' means the amount you will get from the referred performers' earnings when they get their payouts from us.
Note: We will not tolerate any tricks or fraud and will close your account immediately if we find out about it (and we usually do).
