About the Lovense interactive toys
Lovense is a Hong Kong-based teledildonics sex toy manufacturer known for its smart sex toys, which can be controlled via Bluetooth using the Lovense mobile app.

If you do not have a Lovense toy yet
Lovense has the various toy products. All of these can be linked to your SoulCams model account. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the "BUY NOW" button.
How to set up Lovense for your SoulCams model account using the browser extension
1. First of all, make sure to have a desired Lovense interactive toy. If you do not have it yet and you would like to use it, order one from Lovense's website
2. Make sure to have the Lovense extension for your browser. Compatible browsers: Chrome , Opera and Edge.
- Important! If you have an old versions of the Lovense extension, remove the old version first in the Extension settings of your browser (chrome://extensions/) and install the latest one.

3. If you are connecting your Lovense device via the Phone application then make sure to update the Lovense Connect application on your phone to the latest version.
4. If you are connecting your Lovense device via the Lovense PC adapter (dongle) then make sure to update the Lovense Connect application on your PC to the latest version.
5. If the Extension does not appear in your browser, restart your browser. If you still do not see it, go to the Extensions menu and make sure that it is enabled
6. Refresh the website after you finish all the updates.'
7. Log into your SoulCams Model acccount, hit 'Go online' and the SoulCams streaming dashboard will pop up. You can initialise your toy by hitting the 'Interactive Toy' pink button.
Issues that may occur with Lovense toys
I've scanned the QR code, but it doesn't show my toy is connected.
You will need to close the Lovense Connect app and restart it. This should enable you to see the connection.
The app is showing that my vibrator is connecting, but nothing is happening.
First, check to see if your vibrator is on. If it is on, check to make sure it is fully charged. If it is fully charged, check to see that it is connected via Bluetooth.
I have tried to connect my vibrator through another mobile phone, but it's not working.
If you have connected your vibrator on one phone and then try to connect it on a second phone, you will have problems connecting. You need to disconnect it on the first phone before using the second.
I haven't used my Lovense vibrator for a few days. When I tried to connect to it again, I can't see any active vibrators.
You will need to remove all your devices from the Lovense app and re-add them.
