How to activate Cam2Cam in Private show

For an interactive private session, you can activate your webcam and/or microphone and you can see and/or hear each other with the model in private.

This service has no extra fee on SoulCams.

Please note that the cam2cam/ 2-Way audio feature works only on the desktop version of the site.

Please follow these easy steps in order to activate your cam/mic in private:

• Please close all other sites, applications (e.g. instant-messaging apps like Skype) where your webcam might be in use or might be set up in.

• Log into your member account and make sure that you have sufficient member account balance. Then choose your desired model and take her to private show ('Start Private' button and selecting either standard or 1on1)

• The green button 'Cam2Cam' will appear beneath the model's camera stream. Click on it.

• When you activate your webcam for the first time, system will detect your available camera(s) and microphone(s). A pop-up window will appear saying that SoulCams wants to use your camera(s) and microphone(s). Hit 'Allow'. (this appears only when using the cam2cam feature for the very first time on SoulCams)

• Select the microphone and camera brand you would like to use by clicking on the drop-down list ('Select audio device' and 'Select video device')

• Decide if you would like to use Cam2Cam only or 2-Way Audio or both by selecting 'On/Off' for each.

• If you could set up your webcam properly, you should see your own camera stream preview. If not, you either chose a wrong/not working camera device of yours, or your camera is in use elsewhere. Please make sure that you choose your proper webcam / microphone from the list. Also double check if all other sites, apps are close where your cam/mic might be in use or set up in and try the procedure again.

• If you see your webcam preview, hit 'Start Cam2Cam' button and your camera will be activated and the model will see you.

• You can stop your webcam and microphone any time during the private show if you click on the 'Stop Cam2Cam' button or you set the desired option to 'off'.
