In order to continue receiving emails, you may need to add the domain address @soulcams.com to your "safe-list", "white-list", or address book to ensure the emails do not "bounce off" of any filters.

Gmail / GoogleMail

Due to a new feature of Google emails that are supposed to be promotional emails go to the 'Promotions' tab in your inbox.


1) Click on the 'Promotions' tab and look for our email.

2) Click on our email, leave the mouse button pushed and drag the email over to the 'Primary' folder.
3) A popup window will ask if you want all the future emails arriving from us to arrive to the 'Primary' folder. Select yes.

If you find email from us in your Gmail spam folder, select our email and click the Not Spam button

1) Next, open an email that you have received from us
2) Click on the little down-pointing-triangle-arrow next to Reply
3) Click Add THE to Contacts list


Yahoo

Yahoo email provider puts our emails to the spam/junk folder.
As a first step check out your Spam folder and mark our email as a 'Not spam'

Create a filter for NeedLive:


1) Mouse over the Settings menu icon and select Settings
2) Click Filters and then Add
3) Enter a Filter Name
4) Type @soulcams.com to the 'From' 'contains' section
5) Select Inbox as the folder to deliver the email to
6) Click Save and then click Save again

Hotmail / Outlook

1. open the email and click Not Junk

2. Next, check to see if the email address @soulcams.com is on your Blocked Senders list. If you find us on your Hotmail blocked senders list, select it and click on the Remove button.

3. Next, open your mailbox and click Options in the upper right hand corner

4. Look for 'Preventing junk mail' section and click on 'Safe and blocked senders'

5. Then click on 'Safe Senders'

6. Type @soulcams.com to the 'Sender or domain to mark as safe' section

7. Click the Add button

Outlook 2007

1. Right-click on the email you received (in the list of emails).
2. Click Junk E-mail.
3. Click Add Sender to Safe Senders List to finish.


Outlook 2010

1. Click the Home tab.
2. Click Junk.
3. Click Junk E-mail Options.
4. Click Safe Senders.
5. Click Add.
6. Enter [wlemail] and additional information if you wish.
7. Click OK to finish.


Mozilla Thunderbird

1. Check if your contact's email is in your Junk folder, right-click on the email and choose "Mark As Not Junk".
2. Click Address Book.
3. Make sure that the Personal Address Book is highlighted.
4. Click New Card, the New Card window will display.
5. Under the Contact tab, copy your contact's "From" address and paste it into the Email dialog box.
6. Click OK.
