Gmail / GoogleMail

Due to a new feature of Google emails that are supposed to be promotional emails go to the 'Promotions' tab in your inbox.


1. Click on the 'Promotions' tab and look for our email.
2. Click on our email, leave the mouse button pushed and drag the email over to the 'Primary' folder.
3. A popup window will ask if you want all the future emails arriving from us to arrive to the 'Primary' folder. Select yes.

If you find email from us in your Gmail spam folder, select our email and click the Not Spam button

Yahoo may direct our emails to the spam or junk folder.
As a first step check out your Spam folder and mark our email as a 'Not spam'

Create a filter for SoulCams:

1. Mouse over the Settings menu icon and select Settings
2. Click Filters and then Add
3. Enter a Filter Name
4. Type @soulcams.com to the 'From' 'contains' section
5. Select Inbox as the folder to deliver the email to
6. Click Save and then click Save again

Hotmail / Outlook

1. open the email and click Not Junk
2. Next, check to see if the email address @soulcams.com is on your Blocked Senders list. If you find us on your Hotmail blocked senders list, select it and click on the Remove button.
3. Next, open your mailbox and click Options in the upper right hand corner
4. Look for 'Preventing junk mail' section and click on 'Safe and blocked senders'
5. Then click on 'Safe Senders'
6. Type @soulcams.com to the 'Sender or domain to mark as safe' section
7. Click the Add button

Outlook 2007

1. Right-click on the email you received (in the list of emails).
2. Click Junk E-mail.
3. Click Add Sender to Safe Senders List to finish.

Outlook 2010

1. Click the Home tab.
2. Click Junk.
3. Click Junk E-mail Options.
4. Click Safe Senders.
5. Click Add.
6. Enter the email address and additional information if you wish.
7. Click OK to finish.

Mozilla Thunderbird (MAC)

1. Click Address Book.
2. Make sure Personal Address Book is highlighted.
3. Click New Card. This will launch a New Card window that has 3 tabs: Contact, Address & Other.
