'The Show Must Go On' Contest

The contest starts on 22 May 2019 and ends on 25 June 2019. All times and dates are according to CET (UTC+1).

The aim of the contest is to collect points. 6 Models with the highest points will win cash prizes.

The prizes

6 lucky contestants will win one of the total cash prizes of 10.000 USD.

• 1st place: $5000
• 2nd place: $2750
• 3rd place: $1250
• 4th place: $500
• 5th place: $300
• 6th place: $200

Payment of the prizes

The cash prizes will be paid over 3 months (6 periods) following the end of the contest. The amount will be divided in 6 parts, which will be added to the regular payouts if you earn over $200 in the given period. If, due to whatever reasons, one would not generate at least $200 earnings in a given period, the prize amount will be held for the next period.

To qualify for the contest, you must have:

• An approved and active Performer Account (accounts suspended for violation of our rules will be automatically disqualified from the contest)
• At least 1 free image on your profile that is set as a profile image. You must be visible on this image and should not show any other non-registered person on. Do not upload quotes, funny pictures, stock photography or copyright images that you don’t own the rights or license. You can add filters to the images but don’t overdo it. Less is more.

Collecting points

Models are collecting points during the contest, based on the following activities:

Private shows and spy (tips/virtual gifts do not count)	Both standard and 1on1 private shows count and spy. Your income from the private show and/or spy will be multiplied with a number based on the different number of members you have made your earnings from. You will see this number at the very first page of your performer area and the multipliers can be checked out at the following chart. Finally this amount will be multiplied with a fix number (0,5) to avoid the contest points growing very high. So, to easily put: private show and/or spy income x member number multiplier x 0,5 Example: you have a referred member after who you receive 70% lifetime. This member spends 100 credits in your room in private show and he is your 12th different member during the contest. Your point after this private show will be calculated as it follows: 70 usd (your income) x 3,464101615 (12th different member, based on the following chart) x 0,5. So you will receive 70 x 3,464101615 x 0,5 = 121 points
Guests converting from your room	Guests will have the option to sign up from your room by your individual referral URL during the contest. We will put a special text in your chat room encouraging them to sign up and the signup link will contain your individual member referral URL. You will receive 40 points after each guest signing up from your room. They do not need to purchase credits in order to receive the contest points after them. You can also encourage guests in your room to sign up and you also can put your individual member referral link to your profile, personal website, social media platforms. Note: If they decide to purchase, of course you are eligible for the 70% lifetime commission after them.
Votes after private shows	To vote for a model, members need to spend at least 5 minutes in private continuously (without interruption). Once the member goes to private session, a VOTE button will appear on the top of the chat panel where they can rate the show from 1 to 5 where 5 is the highest. A green bar will indicate if the 5 minutes have passed and the button will become active and they can vote for the model. If the member forgets to vote for you during the private session, they can do it later too in the Vote for a show menu in the menubar until midnight (Note: all times are CET). 1 vote results in 2 points, which means that if a member rates your show 5 for example, it will mean 2 x 5 = 10 points for you. Note: VIP members' rate counts double! So if for example a VIP member rates your show 5, it will mean 2 x 5 x 2 = 20 points for you.
Online time	Time spent online on the site in Free chat ('Hidden cam' mode and Private chat time do not count). 1 hour online time in Free chat will mean 20 contest points for you
Likes	Members can vote for their favorite models (by hitting the 'Like' button on their profiles both when the model is online and offline). Any active members can vote, every 6 hours, which means a total of 4 votes per day (24 hours). An active members is one who made at least one purchase within the last 30 days. 1 Like means 3 contest points for you.
Followers	Members can follow models by clicking on the ‘Follow me’ icon on your profile. From now, basic members (without purchase) will be able to follow you also. Members will be then able to get email notification, when the model is online. They can of course set the frequency of such notifications or turn them completely off. 1 new member follower will result in 10 contest points. Note: a member already following you, unfollowing and following again, will not count.

Forbidden practices

In order to keep the contest fair for everybody, we created some simple rules. Please respect these rules and respect other users. We reserve the right to disqualify Performer Accounts that violate the rules.

The following practices are strictly forbidden:

• Promotion of your profile and/or services through spamming (including email, comments, chat, board and so on)
• Forcing or soliciting members to vote, tip, start a private session, etc.
• Mocking, harassing other models or users of SoulCams
• Involvement in fraud
• Playback of recorded video or giving a still image as live stream
• Leaving the room unattended during free live

Winners will be announced on 26th June, 2019. We may publish the Performer Name and most current profile picture of the winners on SoulCams.com and relevant social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram). If you wish to use another picture, please send it to us by email to support@soulcams.com.

Tips for getting higher points:

• Refer new members for an extra +20% earning. Higher earnings means more points for you
• Generate income from as many different members as possible. Your contest points will grow more significantly if you make income from more, different members.
• Be active during the contest: online presence is important, as well as keeping your profile page fresh with new photos
• Communicate with members: use SoulCams’ messaging system to send out free credits or just say hi
• Promote yourself! Use social media, community websites, your own website or blog to keep your circles updates
