About Lovense

Lovense is a Hong Kong-based teledildonics sex toy manufacturer known for its smart sex toys, which can be controlled via Bluetooth using the Lovense mobile app.

How does Lovense work?

You will need to pair Lovense (by enabling Bluetooth) to your nearby smartphone or tablet which is then connected to Wi-Fi. Through this Wi-Fi connection, a partner (a SoulCams members) with access can control the wireless sex toy from the other side of the world.

Lovense and all of its product are fully integrated to SoulCams and they all can be linked to your SoulCams model account.

If you do not have a Lovense toy yet

Lovense has the various toy products. All of these can be linked to your SoulCams model account.

Lush 2 is the most-widely used interactive toy among webcam models that came out in 2018. The newest version of this remote control love egg got an impressive face lift. Lovense pored over customer feedback and made the changes based on users' feedback and suggestions.

How to set up Lovense toy for your SoulCams account

First of all, make sure to have the Lovense interactive toy. If you do not have it yet and you would like to use it, order one through Lovense's website

If you have your Lovense toy, please follow the steps below on how to install Lovense properly for your SoulCams model account.

Please note that you cannot link your Lovense toy to SoulCams using a Lovense browser extensions in your browser. However you can:

• a) connect it through the Lovense API which is built in your SoulCams Model account at menu Settings / Toys / Lovense
• b) or use the Lovense browser which includes the Lovense built-in Extension. You can download the Lovense browser from here:

1. Step 1: Charge & turn it on: when your interactive toy arrived, charge it using the micro-USB cable supplied. When it is fully charged, remove the cable and turn it on. For an unboxing Step by Step Guide tutorial, you can check out this YouTube video.

• Step 2: Log into your SoulCams Model account and go to menu Settings / Toys / Lovense and click on 'I have a Lovense toy and want to connect it with SoulCams' Then choose from the followings:
  • a) I have a Lovense USB Bluetooth Adapter (if you ordered it with your toy)
  • b) I don't have a Lovense USB Bluetooth Adapter (if you did not order it with your toy)
• Download the Lovense Connect app and install on your device': this app is needed for connecting your Lovense toy to SoulCams. Use the following links to download it or simply type 'Lovense Connect app' to your phone App store ('Apple store' if you have an IOS device and Google Store if you have an Android device)

• Step 3: Wifi and Bluetooth: Turn on wifi and bluetooth. Your computer and phone have to be connected to the same wifi network, otherwise it will not work. Your device will connect through BlueTooth
• Step 4: Find your Toy. Open Lovense Connect and click ’Add Toys’
• Step 5: Connect your Toy: when your toy was successfully found, tab ’Click when done’ and your toy will be connected to your device.
• Step 6: Scan the SoulCams QR code: in Lovense Connect app click on ’Scan QR’ tab (at the top right of the screen) and scan the QR code with your mobile device.
• Step 7: Ready for action. If everything was all right with the code scanning, the app will automatically connect to your SoulCams account. You will be able to see your device at ’Toys’ and SoulCams at ’Accounts’ in the menu.

Issues that may occur with Lovense toys

I've scanned the QR code, but it doesn't show my toy is connected.

You will need to close the Lovense Connect app and restart it. This should enable you to see the connection.

The app is showing that my vibrator is connecting, but nothing is happening.

First, check to see if your vibrator is on. If it is on, check to make sure it is fully charged. If it is fully charged, check to see that it is connected via Bluetooth and that your phone and PC are connected to the same Wi-Fi.

I have tried to connect my vibrator through another mobile phone, but it's not working.

If you have connected your vibrator on one phone and then try to connect it on a second phone, you will have problems connecting. You need to disconnect it on the first phone before using the second.

If I have two devices connected to the app, how do I know which one is currently working?

If you have two devices connected, you will be able to see both of them in your chat room. You can choose which vibrator you want to use from the drop-down menu and connect it to your chat room. If one of them disconnects, a message will pop up to tell you which vibrator has disconnected and which one was connected.

I haven't used my Lovense vibrator for a few days. When I tried to connect to it again, I can't see any active vibrators.

You will need to remove all your devices from the Lovense app and re-add them.
