CONTENTS FOR SALE
My contents is the menu where you can upload all the media you would like to sell to your fans, returning clients or to any member on the site.
You can upload 3 types of media: Video clips, Audio clips and Photo albums
Video clips
Share your home videos or professional movie clips!
Click on 'Select file' and look for the video on your PC and once found click on 'Upload'. You should see a progress bar, once it reaches 100% the system will convert the video to an appropriate format and your video will appear under the 'List of your uploaded videos' part. Refresh the page and check out the result of the convert, system will note if it was successful or if an error occured. Supported browsers: should work in all modern browser versions. Note: Internet Explorer 10+ only!
You can upload the following formats:
- mp4
- wmv
- mkv
- avi
- mov
- m4v
Maximum file limit: 500MB
After uploading the audio file add a title to it, write a short description, set the price of it (Free or between 1-50 credits) and the category and click on the 'Activate' button.
System will make five thumbnails of your video, select the one you desire and click on 'Set it as default'.
Audio clips

You can upload the following formats:
- mp3 - ogg - mov
Maximum file limit: 500MB
After uploading the audio file add a title to it, write a short description, set the price of it (Free or between 1-50 credits) and the category and click on the 'Activate' button.
Photo albums
First of all create a photo album, you can do it by clicking on the 'New album' button. Add a title to the album and a description and choose the desired price (free or between 1-50 credits) and click on the 'Activate' button.
You can only upload JPG files.
File size upload limits:
Minimum: 600*600 px
Maximum: 4000*4000 px
Once you created the album and uploaded the images you will see the thumbnails of all uploaded photos. You can set one as a cover of the photo album, click on the 'Set as default' button under the X.

Policies
In addition to the Terms of Use for Chat Hosts, you agree to comply with the following requirements. NeedLive may immediately terminate connections with you and your use of the Site without notice if we suspect that you have violated any of the following requirements.
- You provide truthful, current and complete information, including, without limitation, correct representation of skills, degrees, qualifications, credentials, background and other information. You will not misrepresent yourself or create a misleading Chat Host name or profile.
- You will conduct all communications that you have with other Members only through the Site and you will not circumvent or attempt to circumvent the Site using third-party payment services.
- You will not provide irrelevant services on NeedLive different than a NeedLive Chat Host profile would enable you to do.
- You will not record or otherwise store any calls (in whole or in part) that you conduct with a Member.
- You agree to hold NeedLive harmless regarding your use of the Site.
- NeedLive does not refer, endorse, recommend, verify, evaluate or guarantee any advice, information and other products or services provided by Chat Hosts or Members, or any specific Member, Chat Host or Chat Host Services, and nothing shall be considered as a referral, endorsement, recommendation or guarantee of any Chat Host or group of Chat Hosts by NeedLive. You will not create or distribute information, including but not limited to advertisements or other marketing materials or include links to sites of any of any third party businesses. NeedLive reserves the right to warn, suspend or terminate at any time and without notice any account in its sole discretion that is transmitting or is otherwise connected with such prohibited endorsement.
Photo Policies
- You are required to upload a photo of an age verification document (for legal purposes) and a profile picture of yourself during the registration process. Also, you can add further photo sets (free or as part of your Contents for Sale) to your profile.
- You can change or upload a profile photo at your own NeedLive Profile page (Performer account / My images menu)
- Once your free photo sets are published, they will be accessible by every visitors of NeedLive. Images uploaded to the 'For members' folder will be visible for members only (who bought credits at least once). Read more about the My images menu on this link
- According to our policies, we do not support explicit photos of genitalia as profile pictures. Please use a soft nude photo instead.
Anti-Spam Policy
What is spam?
"Spam" is an unsolicited e-mail message including commercial e-mail, bulk e-mail and junk e-mail sent to individuals who have not given their consent to receive such messages, who have not requested information contained in such messages and who have no prior professional or personal relationship with the sender.
No Spamming
You should not send spam to any Members or other Chat Hosts. Please note that such behavior may ensue you banning from the site eventually.
Receiving Spam
In the event that you receive spam mail, please report it to us immediately through our contact form. Please be sure to paste the full text of the message you received and the name of the Member or the Chat Host that sent you the message.
